The Ethics & Compliance Leader leads the design and deployment of global compliance framework activities and programs or implements specific programs within assigned businesses or functions. As a recognized subject matter expert in this area, this role advises on highly complex compliance programs and activities, ensuring they are risk-based, aligned with business needs, and consistent with regulatory requirements, expectations, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of anti-bribery laws, including the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption regulations, with experience working across international markets.
  • Experience leading third-party due diligence, bribery and corruption risk management, third-party lifecycle compliance, and M&A due diligence & integration activities.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Anti-Corruption, Investigations, Audits, Risk Management, or related functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing and presenting training to business leaders.
  • Experience supporting and managing mandatory compliance processes and controls.

Nice To Haves

  • Law degree (JD, Bachelor of Laws, or equivalent)
  • Professional certification in Ethics & Compliance, or a related field (e.g., CCEP, CFE, CAMS, or CIA) is preferred.
  • Intermediate Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Advises on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of global compliance framework activities and programs to support the development and implementation of effective compliance programs across businesses and functions.
  • Uses data, dashboards, and AI tools to identify trends, monitor risks, and measure program effectiveness.
  • Advises on the design and leads the deployment of ethics and compliance standards and procedures through training programs and communication channels to drive understanding and adoption.
  • Advises ethics and compliance leadership, employees, and internal partners on regulatory and program requirements and expectations, guiding the application of compliance activities and programs.
  • Advises on the development and execution of global compliance program strategy, identifies complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, and ensures alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Conducts or provides input on complex investigations and audits related to compliance breaches, applying forensic techniques and data analysis tools to evaluate findings and support recommendations.
