Requirements

• A Series 65 license is required for the ETF Sales Specialist position. If you do not currently have your Series 65 license, you will be given a conditional job offer with three weeks to study and pass the test. If after three weeks the test is not successfully passed, employment process will be terminated.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and market share growth of Inspire ETFs.
• Demonstrating excellent knowledge of Inspire ETFs through sales conversations with financial advisors.
• Exhibiting outstanding written and oral communication skills when interacting with financial advisors and colleagues.
• Fulfilling required administrative/team responsibilities such as CRM data entry, call reporting, expense reports, conference calls and meetings.
• Conducting daily activities and conversations in the highest professional manner.
• Developing new and building upon existing relationships within assigned sales territory.
• Executing on and improving sales process to ensure annual goals are met.
• Periodic travel to conferences and wholesale events in a sales capacity when scheduled.
• Facilitating presentations for groups of advisors or institutional clients on our products and services.
