Requirements
- 3-5 years of ETF operations experience at an asset management firm, custodian or fund accounting organization
- Strong understanding of ETF mechanics, including basket construction, NAV calculations, and authorized participant relationships
- Experience working with internal and external service providers across the ETF value chain
- Knowledge of asset management regulatory environment (Investment Company Act, SEC reporting requirements)
- Knowledge of equity, fixed income, derivative investments, and emerging markets
- Advanced Excel proficiency for portfolio analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
- Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Aladdin)
- Understanding of market data vendors and ETF-specific data feeds
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily ETF operations workflow coordination and oversight
- Serve as operational liaison between Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Trading, Product, Legal and Technology teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external service providers
- Create scalable processes to support the firm's ETF product growth strategy
- Develop and maintain operational procedures for new ETF launches and ongoing product management
- Identify and mitigate operational risks across the ETF value chain
