About The Position
Springfield Public Schools is accepting applications for E/A - Classified positions for the Extended School Year (ESY) Program. ESY is a summer program designed for students with complex needs, often those served in Life Skills programs. Classified staff supporting ESY will work 4.0 hours per day. The program includes a set-up/planning day on July 1, 2026, with the regular program running from July 6 to July 30, 2026, Monday through Thursday. Pay rates are either regular for current district employees or pending placement on the classified salary schedule for external applicants. Hours worked in July will be paid on August 15, 2026.
