Restoration Estimating Specialist. Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team for our Southeast Region. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of downtown Cincinnati, OH. The hourly rate for this position is $22.00-$25.00, depending on experience. You will be provided with company paid parking at a nearby parking facility.
Requirements
- Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
- WRT/ASD certification is required within 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
- Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
- Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
