About The Position

We’re looking for an Estimator who loves solving problems, digging into the details, and figuring out what it will take to bring a project to life. In this role, you’ll work closely with Creative, Sales, CAD, and other teams to build accurate, thoughtful estimates that support smart decisions and help us win more business. You’ll be part numbers person, part problem solver, and part collaborator—someone who can look at a project from multiple angles and turn complexity into a clear path forward. We’re also looking for someone who is AI-curious—comfortable exploring new tools and finding smarter, more efficient ways to work.

Nice To Haves

• Previous estimating or related experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with spreadsheets, analytics, construction, fabrication, manufacturing, exhibits, or project-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for assigned projects.
• Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and other information to identify costs and scope.
• Analyze materials, labor, production needs, and other project variables to build reliable estimates.
• Partner closely with Creative, Sales, CAD, and other departments to develop solutions that are both compelling and financially sound.
• Identify potential gaps, risks, or cost concerns and work with the team to resolve them.
• Use established estimating processes and tools to support project workflow, consistency, and profitability.
• Look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and the overall estimating process.
• Help the team move quickly and confidently by providing clear, well-supported cost information.
