Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
1 – 3 years of experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with numbers and technical information
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Curious and motivated to learn
Strong written and verbal communication via email/phone calls
Interested in building a long-term career in estimating and project management

Nice To Haves

Experience in cost estimating, construction, manufacturing, steel fabrication, or a related field
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other business software
Knowledge of structural steel, steel fabrication, or construction processes is helpful but not required
