About The Position

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Estimator to join our team. The primary duties of this position involve general sales support, security designs, quoting, assisting senior estimators, and estimating for sales/account managers across all Stone Security locations. A key competitive advantage for Stone Security is the delivery of proposal packages. This role will be responsible for learning how these proposals are calculated, compiled, and recorded. The estimating team is crucial for providing quick and complete information to customers and safeguarding company profitability. Collaboration with sales/account managers is essential to improve accuracy and increase profitability. Access to the CTO, project team, and support/engineering team will be available for verification. The goal is to improve the estimating process and increase company profitability.

Requirements

3 Year Minimum Prior Work History in Quoting
Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Communication Skills
Proficiency in Learning New Software Platforms
Quick Learner/Proactive/Works Well On Own or In Groups
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Bachelors/Associate’s Degree

Responsibilities

Provide general sales support.
