You'll work alongside our Preconstruction, Operations and Project Management teams, helping shape projects before they reach site and ensuring every estimate is accurate, competitive and commercially sound. Requirements

Experience estimating commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
Experience reviewing drawings and specifications.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
The ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

Experience estimating retail, commercial remodel or multi-site construction projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction projects from initial enquiry through to handover.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents.
Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Requesting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Identifying project risks, value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
Working closely with Operations and Project Management teams throughout the estimating process.
Preparing bid summaries and supporting tender submissions.
Maintaining accurate estimating records and cost databases.
Supporting successful project handovers following award.
