Requirements

A BS degree in a construction related field is recommended not required (civil engineering, construction management, construction technology, etc.)
3-5 years of Estimating in commercial roofing or construction
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Scheduling/Project Management software, and familiarity with Procore preferred.
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience required.
Must have valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Scope development and estimating/pricing experience preferred
Experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand scope and requirements.
Prepare comprehensive bid packages including detailed cost breakdowns and project schedules.
Identify potential project risks that could impact costs or timelines.
Work closely with with other team members, architects, engineers, and clients to clarify project details.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to support business growth and generate sales to meet annual revenue and operating incoming goals.
