About The Position

Established home repair and remodel company is hiring an estimator/sales professional to grow with us. The successful candidate will have extensive field knowledge about home improvements (interior, exterior, or both), and be great at sales and long-term relationship building. House Doctors is a nationwide professional handyman service and home improvement company that handles everything from small repairs to full remodel projects, both interior (bathroom, kitchen, basement) and exterior (deck, fence, siding, painting) projects. Requirements

5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel and improvement estimation and sales
Experience selling and managing bathroom, kitchen, basement, deck, fence, and other projects
Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction, remodel, improvement
Proven track record in successfully managing remodel and improvement projects from start to finish
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
Professional, relationship-focused sales approach
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Estimate and sell various residential and commercial improvements and remodel jobs (in-person)
Coordinate and manage these projects along with office team and field team
Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from estimate to post-completion
Leverage existing leads and develop new programs and markets along with management and marketing team
Develop and build relationships with customers, vendors, partners and local communities
Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of House Doctors STL
Mentor and develop future estimator/sales members
Assist in non-profit events affiliated with House Doctors brand
