Requirements

• Analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to suggest creative solutions for Customer Communication Management programs
• Ability to work with limited supervision to meet project goals
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills and experience with both internal and external communications
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects and meet set deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to details with minimal errors

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience working within the Direct Mail industry
• Knowledge of Direct Mail terminology such as: RFQ/RFP process, data processing and programming, digital print equipment, lettershop equipment, and USPS postage mailing requirements
• Some experience working in an Oracle Cloud environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert within the company workflow representing costs and capabilities.
• Gather costs and create estimates for Customer Communication Management programs.
• Gather component pricing from outside vendors.
• Review complex RFP proposals and work with the RFP team to provide creative solutions.
• Determine the production and technology capabilities needed to produce the job as specified, developing a plan to accommodate all facets of the job.
• Work cross-functionally with Venture teams, including Production, Technology, Client Services, Sales, and other internal teams to gather and analyze data and provide in-depth cost and pricing recommendations.
• Analyze Statements of Work, production data, and current client metrics to align profitability with company objectives.
• Create and deliver professional RFP estimates for customer presentation.
