About The Position

We are looking for an Estimator to prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and tender submissions for construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing drawings, pricing projects, and preparing bid documents.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of estimating experience.
- Experience preparing tenders, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Bluebeam and/or PlanSwift.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Construction, engineering, or MEP-related background.
- Experience working with international projects or clients.
Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, specifications, and documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assist in pricing and compiling tender submissions.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate estimating and tender records.
- Identify cost risks and discrepancies in project documents.
- Support the team with estimating and project-related tasks as needed.
- Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and ensure that client expectations are met.
