About The Position
A construction company is seeking a hands‑on Estimator who can produce accurate, timely cost estimates for civil site and foundation work. The ideal candidate dissects plans, challenges assumptions, and delivers numbers that align with market costs and client expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years estimating in civil construction or sitework
- Strong proficiency in takeoffs and estimating tools
- Excellent analytical judgment and attention to detail

- Experience with heavy civil infrastructure and foundation projects
Responsibilities
- Interpret construction documents to produce detailed estimates
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for labor, materials, and equipment
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
- Support bid preparation and submission processes
- Assist in risk evaluation and cost benchmarking
