UPC designs and manufactures retail store fixtures, and P.O.P. displays. Located in Madison WI, we operate in a 120,000 square ft, clean facility. Family owned for over 48 years and growing, we are employee centric with great employee retention. UPC is looking for dedicated and experienced employees for Administrative, Design, Engineering and all levels of manufacturing. Please apply to our team.
Requirements
- Ability to use CAD software (Autocad, Solidworks) a plus
- associate degree and 1-2 years' experience or the equivalent combination
- excellent oral, written and mathematical skills
- strong aptitude working in an ERP, such as Odoo, or other related systems

Responsibilities
- Accurately estimating materials and labor for manufacturing
- Communication between vendors and UPC
- Review post job costings
- Identify potential cost savings opportunities
- Prepare and organize project documentation
- Maintain estimating and cost spreadsheets
- Able to communicate with vendors
