About The Position

Precast Terrazzo Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Full-time Estimator to join their team in Raleigh, NC. As a 100% Employee-owned company and a premier precast terrazzo supplier, they partner with architects and designers globally to create specialized precast terrazzo products. The Estimator will be responsible for providing estimates for custom precast orders, addressing customer inquiries, creating shop production tickets, and procuring materials for production. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy due to the custom nature of every order.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years of previous experience in production estimation or other related fields
• Acute attention to detail
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with other departments
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• History of reliability and accountability

Responsibilities

• Providing timely and accurate estimation quotes to customers
• Providing advice, guidance, and answering customer questions about their custom orders
• Drafting the shop tickets
• Purchasing materials for production orders to ensure proper amounts are available for upcoming orders
• Maintaining detailed notes on current and upcoming orders
• Workflow coordination
