The Estimator is responsible for developing accurate, detailed, and executable estimates in support of base life support, workforce housing, camp operations, temporary facilities, and other remote or contingency support solutions. This role is not centered on traditional construction or restoration estimating, but instead on building operationally grounded pricing models and technical solution packages that align with client requirements and real-world execution. This position requires experience developing Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation, Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), technical approaches, assumptions and exclusions, and detailed cost narratives that support pursuit, proposal, and operational planning efforts. The Estimator must be capable of translating statements of work, operational requirements, and concept-level inputs into discrete cost estimates that reflect labor, equipment, materials, subcontracted support, logistics, mobilization, and recurring life support services. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in base life support, workforce housing, camp operations, remote site support, or similar service-based operating environments, and will understand how to price integrated solutions involving lodging, food service, sanitation, laundry, housekeeping, utilities, maintenance, transportation, and site support functions.
