About The Position
Landscape Construction Estimator – Residential & Commercial Ready to put your estimating skills to work on exciting landscape, irrigation, and hardscape projects? We’re looking for a driven Estimator who enjoys turning plans into accurate, competitive pricing and working closely with designers, project managers, and sales teams.
Requirements
- Experience in landscape, irrigation, or construction estimating
- Strong take‑off and pricing skills
- Organized, deadline‑driven, and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple bids at once
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Create preliminary and contract estimates for residential and commercial install & irrigation projects
- Perform take‑offs using concept drawings, plans, photos, and site visits
- Price planting, irrigation, and hardscape scopes using cost data and vendor quotes
- Coordinate with designers, PMs, supervisors, sales, and subcontractors
- Maintain phase budgets, pricing data, and a weekly estimate status report
