Garney Construction•McKinney, TX

About The Position

Garney is hiring a full-time, salaried Estimator to join its growing Estimating Team. The position includes full benefits and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Garney provides medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans with $0 premiums, virtual doctor visits without a co-pay, company stock starting on the first day, a 401(k) plan with a 3.5% match, student loan resources, weekly paychecks, paid time off, eight paid holidays, and a Health Savings Account with lump-sum and matching contributions. Other offerings include free life insurance and disability coverage, healthcare coordinators, no-cost mental health counseling and legal and financial consultations, health-related support programs, and a 50% employee discount at the Garney apparel store.
