About The Position

Caliber Paving, an established California-based contractor, is expanding into the Phoenix market and seeking a driven, construction-savvy Sales Executive to help build their presence from the ground up. This is a true paving sales role, not focused on sealcoat and striping. The role involves developing business, walking job sites, estimating work, and partnering with operations to successfully launch projects. It's a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how asphalt work is built and wants to play a key role in growing a new market.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling asphalt paving work (required)
• Background in paving, heavy civil, or sitework
• Ability to walk jobs, assess conditions, and build accurate estimates
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a build-mode environment

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business in the Phoenix market
• Prospect and develop relationships with property managers, general contractors, HOAs, municipalities, and private owners
• Perform job walks, assess site conditions, and define project scope
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals (OneCrew)
• Secure profitable work across asphalt paving, patching, milling, grading, and related services
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent bid activity
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and execution
