About The Position
Responsibilities include estimating costing of fasteners and applying appropriate profit margins. And/or determine the appropriate selling price of the fastener.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Ability to analyze and accurately interpret blueprints & equipment needed as the specs require, and the ability to follow the progression of the manufacturing process to the end, utilizing past manufacturing experiences, direction from managers or machine operators, and previous history of similar items.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
- ERP/MRP System experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening, speaking, writing and a good math background.
- Effective team member, willing to work and communicate with all levels of the business.
- Excellent attendance record, including punctuality.
Nice To Haves
- Strong Excel knowledge and any Data Analytics knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in the threaded fastener industry a plus.
