The Estimator position is pivotal to the organization's business progression, as it directly influences the capacity to secure new projects. Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in estimating commercial fire sprinkler systems.
- Must possess a strong understanding of local building and fire codes (Local candidates only — relocation not available).
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with estimating software and CAD-based layouts is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Estimate commercial fire sprinkler projects, with values ranging from $20K to several million dollars.
- Review plans and specifications to develop precise bids.
- Handle a diverse array of project types, including warehouses, schools, retail, and medical facilities.
- Apply knowledge of local fire codes and regulations to all estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Contribute to upholding the company's longstanding reputation for professionalism and safety.
