Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a mechanical, municipal or industrial construction environment.
Post-secondary education from an applicable program.
Experience working in Trimble AutoBid or other estimating software.
Solid background in Microsoft Excel.
Strong proficiency in reading blueprints.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail.

Responsibilities

Leading the estimating of all facets of mechanical construction across a wide range of vertical markets for projects throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
Producing timely, accurate, and concise estimates that meet the specifications and customer requirements of all projects.
Estimating design build and plan spec mechanical projects.
Identifying needed labor, determining the material and schedule requirements.
Collecting and analyzing job bid information.
Computing cost.
Presenting finalized estimates.
Utilizing Trimble Autobid software for estimating the projects.
Working in Microsoft Excel and BlueBeam.
Identifying areas for improvement.
Providing top-notch customer service.
Working alongside customers and members at all levels of the organization.
