About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional with estimating experience and a passion for closing deals to join our team. In this role, you will conduct in-person estimates for residential and commercial painting and drywall projects, assess project scope, and provide accurate quotes. You will also be responsible for closing deals on-site, managing your schedule, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with significant growth potential in a rapidly scaling company.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or estimating, preferably in painting, drywall, or a related trade.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel required).
Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Excellent communication and closing skills – ability to build trust and guide customers to a decision.
Highly organized and tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and digital estimating tools.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic – driven to hit and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person estimates for residential and commercial painting and drywall projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Assess project scope, measurements, materials, and labor costs to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
Close deals on-site whenever possible and follow up on pending proposals via phone, text, and email.
Manage a daily schedule of appointments and efficiently plan travel routes.
Perform outbound sales and follow-ups during off-time to convert leads into appointments.
Educate customers on our services, warranty options, and what makes Paint Bros MA the best choice.
Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, tracking all estimates, customer interactions, and closed deals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
