Estimator or Sr. Estimator - Construction
About The Position
We have an immediate need for an Estimator or Sr. Estimator to join the Design & Construction Team. The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) in Hudson Valley NY Come join our team! Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years of estimating experience, or 3 years’ experience as an estimator.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- OSHA 10
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Nice To Haves
- Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters.
- Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract.
- Review orders on contract for compliance.
- Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location.
