Requirements
- Great Attitude
- Highly organized with strong desire for details and facts
- Relentless follow through
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience estimating plumbing systems (preferably multifamily projects)
- Must enjoy building, following and maintaining systems
Responsibilities
- Review and understand project plans and specs
- Ask questions to really understand the scope
- Complete project take offs and bid checklists
- Build clean and clear proposal and scope sheets
- Know your costs and have the data to back them up
- Keep bid form costs up to date
- Maintain bid calendar
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Maintain job cost tracking, Estimated vs Actual costs as project phases close out
