Estimator - Mechanical/Plumbing

This is a high-visibility role with a company known for its strong backlog and consistent pipeline of work, complex, high-profile commercial and healthcare projects, in-house capabilities (fabrication, VDC, multi-trade execution), and a culture that promotes internal growth and long-term career advancement. They are specifically seeking someone with a strong plumbing estimating background who wants to expand into full mechanical scopes (piping + ductwork) and grow into a senior-level position over time. Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
- Experience with piping systems; ductwork exposure is a plus
- Familiarity with estimating software
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Motivated to grow into a multi-trade / senior estimating role
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed estimates for commercial mechanical projects
- Perform takeoffs and assist with full-scope mechanical bids
- Work closely with preconstruction, operations, and leadership teams
- Support bids across a wide range of project sizes ($5M - $20M)
