Estimator-Masonry and Concrete Restoration
About The Position
Premier Specialty Contractors is currently accepting applications for a Senior Estimator with some project management skills experienced in Commercial Masonry, Concrete Restoration and Waterproofing specializing in restoration and repair of historic and modern structures. Since 1957 Premier Specialty Contractors has built a reputation for delivering the highest quality workmanship while maintaining a professional and safe worksite. The candidate for this position must be able to demonstrate they have experience and values that align with the mission of the company. Estimators are required to price, bid, define scopes of work and obtain contracts via both competitive and non-competitive processes. This position requires attention to detail and significant knowledge of masonry; concrete and waterproofing repair processes and materials.
Requirements
- A high School diploma
- 5-10 years estimating and project management experience related to Commercial Masonry, Waterproofing and Concrete repair.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 5 years estimating experience related to Commercial Masonry, Waterproofing and Concrete repair.
- Negotiating government contracts
- Estimating with established prevailing wage requirements.
