About The Position

S. Conley Sales is a mechanical equipment solutions provider in Montana and Wyoming, with over 20 years of experience and strong local partnerships. As part of the Meriton network, we offer a blend of local values and national scale. We are seeking an Estimator to join our growing team in Bozeman, Montana. This role is crucial in supporting our partnering contractors with their equipment needs throughout the construction phase. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendor partners, project managers, mechanical contractors, and other S. Conley Sales staff. This position involves managing multiple concurrent projects and upholding our company's goal to deliver the best possible solutions to our customers.

Requirements

Background in mechanical systems or construction (HVAC preferred but not required)
Proficient with standard computer software and ability to learn manufacturer-specific software programs
Hungry, Humble, Smart
High School (Required)

Responsibilities

Job takeoff and bid preparation
Equipment and accessory pricing
Work with Project Manager on job hand-off, submittals and IOM when needed
Bid list management, bid exchanges job review, prior approvals, project file management
Work with S. Conley Sales staff and vendors to learn software and platform needed to complete work
Other duties as assigned
