About The Position

Caddell is a top Design Build Construction Company and is looking for an Estimator II to join their Governmental Team. This position is on-site and located in either Montgomery, AL or Woodstock, GA. The role involves using Microsoft Office suite, estimating software, and requires strong communication skills. The Estimator II will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior estimators.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experienced with estimating software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prioritizes conflicts in managing multiple tasks on assignments simultaneously.
• Minimum high school diploma/GED.
• Seven years of construction-related experience required.
• Current clearance, or the ability to obtain a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.

Nice To Haves

• Four-year degree in related field.
• Six to seven years of construction- related experience preferred.

Responsibilities
