About The Position

The Estimator II independently develops complete estimates for routine pursuits and defined scopes on more complex work, with limited guidance on unusual technical or commercial issues. This role plans estimates, validates quantities and pricing, evaluates quotations, resolves routine scope and risk issues, and prepares defensible proposal deliverables. A typical project-value guide is up to approximately $25 million, but complexity, risk, delivery method, scope integration, and required independence govern assignment.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, written communication, and ability to manage multiple estimates and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to travel periodically to offices, client locations, and project sites.
