Estimator - Electrical

About The Position

DPR Construction is seeking an electrical estimator with at least 8+ years of experience on commercial construction projects. The electrical estimator will create estimates for commercial projects within our core markets: healthcare, advanced technology, bio-pharmaceutical and corporate office. The electrical estimators will work closely with the Orlando regional management team and all members of pre-costruction estimating team. This individual will be responsible for conceptual budgeting, design development through construction document estimating (quantification and pricing), interaction with subcontractor community, presentation of estimates/budgets with owners/consultants, and preparation and analysis (scoping) of electrical bid packages.

Effective participation in a team environment.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
8+ years of experience as a commercial construction electrical estimator within DPR’s core market projects.
A strong work ethic and a “can-do,” solution-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Timberline and On-Screen Take off a plus.
Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
