Our client, a leading Construction organization, is looking for an Intermediate Level Civil Estimator with 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. The company, located in the Greater Toronto Area, is growing its team and they need you.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
Responsibilities
- Analyze contract documents to determine project requirements.
- Contribute to establishing a critical path schedule, including milestones.
- Complete quantity take-offs for labor, equipment, and materials.
- Contribute to pricing for general expenses and project-specific requirements.
- Document all estimate information for project teams upon award and ensure all documents and data support estimate figures.
- Conduct risk analysis for review by the assigned project sponsor.
- Review proposal specifications and attend pre-bid meetings.
