Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of essential documents such as licensing, bonds, insurance, and pre-qualification paperwork.
Monitoring various sites for bidding opportunities.
Downloading and routing plans and specifications.
Distributing quotes or requests for information to the appropriate departments.
Entering data into spreadsheets and maintaining electronic records.
Managing department schedules using the Outlook Calendar system.
Serving as a backup to the Estimating Assistant during bid preparations.
Engaging with clients, engineers, and outside agencies as needed.
Contributing to special projects assigned by management.
