This position is responsible for managing the Planning & Estimating Group, including recruiting, training, and developing staff. The role involves assigning estimating and planning/scheduling staff to projects, maintaining resource projections, and collaborating with the Contracts Manager on bid development. The Estimator will complete bid estimates, maintain standard rate sheets, and ensure timely and effective project schedules and work packages are developed. The position also requires performing other duties to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction, as well as maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
