Under the guidance of the Estimating Department Manager, interns will have the opportunity to assist in producing bids and gain valuable experience. This is an in-person internship open to all college students.

• Currently continuing education in an engineering or business program is a plus but not required
• Able to read plans/specs is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Estimating Department Manager in producing bids and estimates.
• Learn and utilize take-off software to support estimators with bid preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in bidding processes.
• Gain hands-on experience with HVAC systems and the estimation process.
• Assist with gathering and organizing project plans and specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting innovative ideas for process enhancement.
• Handle tasks related to time management, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
