About The Position

At LFG Manufacturing, our estimating coordinators are at the center of everything we build before it’s built. Based in our Palmetto, Florida facility, this role is a critical part of our estimating team, connecting people, processes, and information to keep projects moving forward. You’ll play a hands-on role in managing bid documentation, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every detail is aligned for success. Requirements

Recent graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of coordination or administrative experience.
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of database systems, Bluebeam (or similar tools), and construction drawings.
Confident communicators who can present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
Individuals who embody integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and a drive for continuous growth.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, bid correspondence, and database management.
Partner with estimators, senior team members, and customers to track bid progress and keep projects on schedule.
Support the estimating process by assisting in developing accurate, timely proposals.
Become a go-to expert on pricing, processes, and contract scope—ensuring clarity and consistency across all deliverables.
Follow up on proposals and scope reviews, helping drive communication and accountability with customers and internal teams.
