The position requires a friendly, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, self-confidence, trustworthiness, good organizational skills, and the ability to follow through on contacts. A driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. The company cleans glass at commercial and residential locations, including retail, office buildings, and malls (1-3 stories). Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are involved. Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with over 250 franchise territories in 43 states.
