Requirements

Aesthetic diploma to meet Provincial regulations and/or accredited associations.
Minimum 2 years’ experience.
Ability to remain standing for long periods of time with frequent bending.

Responsibilities

Provides qualified and professional treatments in accordance with Spas standards.
Abides by the professionally accepted standard of hygiene.
Ensures that all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized/discarded.
Attends scheduled meetings to discuss the Spa’s operation.
Keeps accurate records of all commissions and gratuities owed.
Maintains a positive and caring service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
Advises clients on skin and body care.
Attends organized seminars or training for therapists and estheticians to maintain our high standards.
Complies to dress codes and maintain a well-kept and tidy appearance as outlined in the spa’s employee code of conduct documentation.
Follows and complete items on check list.
Complies to hotel policies and procedures.
