About The Position

Woodhouse Spas is seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing professional skin care treatments to our clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well-being. This role requires a steward of the Woodhouse brand, performing exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols and providing excellent guest services to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with hospitality and providing exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, maintain a clean and organized work area according to current State Board regulations, and utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information.

Requirements

Must have FL State License required
Three years Licensed Esthetician preferred
Knowledge of different esthetic treatments and techniques (holistic and clinical a plus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position
Ability to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
Ability to educate, offer solutions, and recommend homecare solutions.
Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
Must have basic mathematical skills for product measurement
Must be able to sit and bend over for most of the day
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to perform multiple services during shift
