About The Position

Grand View Lodge is looking for a licensed Esthetician who loves their craft and genuinely cares about the people they serve. You'll deliver exceptional skin and body care services across our spa menu and you won't have to come in knowing everything. We provide comprehensive training on our treatments and product lines so you can do your best work with confidence. Requirements

  • Current Minnesota Esthetician license in good standing; required.
  • A guest-first mindset: you take pride in creating experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and restorative.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence with every guest.
  • A holistic approach to wellness; you understand that great service goes beyond the treatment itself.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow; you embrace new techniques, products, and protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates holding an Advanced Practice Esthetician (AP) license are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality skin and body care services that meet Grand View Lodge's standards for excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Learn, master, and consistently apply our spa-specific treatment protocols and product lines, we'll train you thoroughly.
  • Personalize every service by listening to each guest's needs, goals, and contraindications, and adjusting your approach accordingly.
  • Conduct guest assessments and apply proper techniques based on individual indications and health considerations.
  • Maintain pristine treatment rooms and equipment; uphold all sanitation and hygiene protocols between every guest.
  • Restock linens and products at the start and end of each shift to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Show up as a positive, collaborative presence, modeling our culture standards and contributing to a team environment where everyone does their best work.
  • This is a resort hospitality role; availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons is required.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Benefits

  • Sign-on bonus based on scheduling availability: $500 for part-time availability (1–3 days per week), $1,000 for full availability (4+ days per week). Bonus is paid out over your first 90 days. Terms and conditions apply.
