About The Position

As an Aesthetician at Four Seasons, you will deliver exceptional facial treatments and skincare services that reflect the brand's luxury standards. You will play a vital role in creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for guests while promoting wellness and skincare knowledge. The role requires technical expertise, a guest-focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine spa environment.

Requirements

  • National certification or license as an Aesthetician/Facialist.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a certified aesthetician in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and skincare techniques.
  • Ability to operate and maintain all facial equipment to the highest standards.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
  • Physical stamina to perform treatments while standing or leaning over clients and the ability to lift and carry supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and personalized facial treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
  • Perform additional aesthetic services, including hair removal, as per spa standards and guest preferences.
  • Advise guests on skincare routines and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their results.
  • Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable advice, and ensure satisfaction through thoughtful and attentive service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms and staff lounges.
  • Set up, utilize, and clean all facial equipment, including steamers, high frequency devices, depilatory heaters, and sterilizers.
  • Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary supplies and ensure proper inventory of products and linens.
  • Utilize the appointment booking system to schedule and manage services efficiently.
  • Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless spa operations.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on spa protocols and industry trends.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies or safety concerns.
