About The Position

Elements Massage Birmingham is looking for an Esthetician / Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will work 1-2 days as an Esthetician and 3 days as a Retail Sales Associate.

Requirements

Completed an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
Licensed to provide facial services in Michigan
Client service-oriented individual
Communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
Likes talking, but more importantly, loves listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients
Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy to learn computer programs

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials
Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients
Customer Service in a spa like or similar environment is preferred

Responsibilities

Work 1-2 days as an Esthetician
Work 3 days as a Retail Sales Associate
Follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
Create a client experience that distinguishes their value with our attention and hospitality
Use modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments
Create the best work environment for our clients
