About The Position

FACEGYM is seeking a passionate Licensed Esthetician who excels in both delivering exceptional treatments and creating outstanding client experiences. This unique hybrid role involves performing FACEGYM's signature facial workouts and supporting front-of-house operations. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, delivering results-driven workouts, managing bookings, driving retail and membership sales, and ensuring seamless studio operations. FACEGYM is the world's first facial fitness studio, utilizing advanced massage techniques, cutting-edge technology, and high-performance skincare to lift, sculpt, and strengthen facial muscles. The company is rapidly expanding across the UK and US.

Requirements

• A licensed California Esthetician with the right to work in the US.
• Passionate about skincare, facial wellness and luxury client service.
• Confident working both in the treatment room and at the front desk.
• Commercially minded with a passion for retail, memberships and client retention.
• Flexible to travel between Los Angeles studios and work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• A positive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts following Bootcamp training.
• Welcome clients and create an exceptional luxury experience at every visit.
• Manage bookings, client enquiries and front desk operations using Zenoti.
• Drive retail sales, memberships, rebookings and client retention.
• Support Trainer and Front of House teams across multiple LA studios.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, operational and brand standards.
• Represent FACEGYM at studio events and community activations.
