About The Position

This role is for a driven, results-focused Financial Advisor or Insurance Agent who is tired of lead generation and administrative tasks. The position offers a streamlined, high-performance business model where advisors are paired with pre-engaged clients who are seriously considering their financial and estate planning needs. Through a strategic partnership with an established estate planning organization, advisors will meet with clients seeking guidance, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking. To ensure exclusivity, only 1-2 advisors will be hired per state.

Requirements

  • Active Health & Life insurance license
  • Series 65, or Series 7 & 66, or ChFC
  • Clean U4 record (if registered)
  • Proven face-to-face sales success with a consultative, needs-based approach
  • Comfortable with basic tech (CRM, e-applications, email, Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to travel within your state to meet with qualified clients
  • Genuine passion for serving retirees and helping them secure long-term peace of mind

Responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-set, qualified appointments (10-12 per week) focused on annuities and retirement income.
  • Represent your assigned state as an exclusive territory advisor.
  • Focus on clients who want guidance in financial and estate planning.
  • Utilize a consultative, needs-based approach in sales.
  • Travel within your state to meet with qualified clients.
  • Build tailored retirement solutions using a wide range of products and carriers.
