About The Position

This role is for a driven, results-focused Financial Advisor or Insurance Agent who is seeking a business model that removes common pain points such as lead generation, paperwork, and marketing. The position offers pre-engaged clients who are seriously considering their financial and estate planning needs through a strategic partnership with an established estate planning organization. Advisors will meet with clients who want guidance, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking. The company is limiting the hiring to 1-2 advisors per state to ensure exclusivity and prevent advisor overcrowding. The specific opportunity is for a Senior Market Financial Planner with a focus on annuities and retirement income.

Requirements

  • Active Health & Life insurance license
  • Series 65, or Series 7 & 66, or ChFC
  • Clean U4 record (if registered)
  • Proven face-to-face sales success with a consultative, needs-based approach
  • Comfortable with basic tech (CRM, e-applications, email, Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to travel within your state to meet with qualified clients
  • A genuine passion for serving retirees and helping them secure long-term peace of mind
