About The Position

This role is for a driven, results-focused Financial Advisor or Insurance Agent who is seeking a streamlined, high-performance business model. Instead of focusing on lead generation and administrative tasks, advisors will be paired with pre-engaged clients who are actively considering their financial and estate planning needs. This opportunity offers a clear path to a six-figure income without the burnout associated with traditional prospecting. The company has a strategic partnership with an established estate planning organization, providing advisors with clients who desire guidance. To ensure exclusivity, only 1-2 advisors will be brought on per state.

Requirements

  • Active Health & Life insurance license
  • Series 65, or Series 7 & 66, or ChFC
  • Clean U4 record (if registered)
  • Proven face-to-face sales success with a consultative, needs-based approach
  • Comfortable with basic tech (CRM, e-applications, email, Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to travel within your state to meet with qualified clients
  • A genuine passion for serving retirees and helping them secure long-term peace of mind
