About The Position

This role involves leading high-impact estate planning and probate matters from intake to final resolution, with full support from the firm's marketing and administrative engine. The attorney will drive complex probate litigation, including non-contested and contested guardianships, conservatorships, and trust disputes. Responsibilities include representing clients in Texas probate courts during will contests and breaches of fiduciary duty, conducting legal research, handling depositions and mediations, and approving or drafting estate plans. The position also requires providing expert counsel to families navigating wealth preservation and life transitions.

Requirements

• A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters.
• Strong presence in the courtroom for contested matters.
• Ability to manage a busy docket with care and composure.
• Experienced in drafting comprehensive trusts, wills, pleadings, and structures with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar drafting and client management software.

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters.
