About The Position

Limitless Law is seeking an attorney who is looking for more than just an associate role. This position is for someone who wants to build a practice, develop meaningful client relationships, and potentially grow into ownership over time. Profit sharing has been a part of the firm for years, and the owner is open to discussing an earned equity path for the right committed attorney. Limitless Law PLLC is an award-winning Bellingham firm serving clients throughout Whatcom County and Washington State, recognized for its excellence in various legal areas. This is a long-term, developmental role where you will work directly with the firm owner, build client relationships early, and take on meaningful responsibility as you grow. The firm is looking for someone who aims to create something long-term rather than just gain experience. Approximately 75% of the work will focus on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, with the remaining work involving real estate and business transactional matters. You will have direct client contact from the start and will manage your own matters as you acclimate. Direct mentorship from the firm owner is provided. Business development is not expected in the first year; the priority is learning the practice, serving clients, and building relationships. Referrals and new business developed through these relationships are welcomed and rewarded through the firm's bonus structure.
