About The Position

Ayres Presser Elder Law is seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Estate Administration Paralegal who understands the importance of careful legal work, compassionate client communication, and steady matter management. This role offers the opportunity to do more than complete task-based legal support. You will help clients navigate important family, financial, and estate decisions while serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the process. You will work closely with the attorney, participate in client communication, assist with document preparation and review, support estate and trust administration matters, and help ensure clients receive clear guidance and a high level of care. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of current experience in Pennsylvania estate planning, estate administration, probate, or trust administration
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents and supporting estate or trust administration matters
  • Strong understanding of Pennsylvania estate and probate processes
  • Confidence communicating with clients in a professional, compassionate, and clear manner
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with accuracy
  • Comfort using legal software, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client meetings and assist with discussions involving estate planning and administration matters
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, gathering information, and helping matters move forward
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and related professionals
  • Help clients feel informed, respected, and supported during important legal and family transitions
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing estate planning documents
  • Prepare and organize client information for plan design, attorney review, and execution
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before signing
  • Support the attorney with client meeting preparation, follow-up, and document finalization
  • Support estate and trust administration matters from intake through completion
  • Assist with probate and administration filings, correspondence, asset information, beneficiary communication, and related documentation
  • Work with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals
  • Help track deadlines, required documents, and next steps to keep matters organized and moving
  • Draft and organize documents using estate planning and administration software
  • Maintain accurate client files and matter records
  • Use Microsoft 365, CosmoLex, Lawmatics, and related systems to support workflow and communication
  • Contribute to process improvements that support accuracy, efficiency, and client service
